International and Domestic Flights in Brasil

Brasil Discovery handles the reservation of all flights to and during your stay in Brasil, whether domestic or international.

We have been GOL operators since 2004, and we favour this airline for domestic flights, particularly because we offer preferential rates (below published prices) that we apply to our itineraries.

Connection Time Between an International and a Domestic Flight

We always recommend booking code-share flights (very important) as there is no fixed number of hours to recommend.

Example: You are travelling to Rio de Janeiro from France and have booked a domestic flight to Salvador de Bahia upon arrival. If your transatlantic flight is delayed and you miss your flight to Salvador, neither airline will be held responsible.

To avoid this, you must purchase a ticket to your final destination (code-share). This way, if your flight from France is delayed and you miss your connection, the airline will be responsible and must rebook you on another flight at no additional cost.

This procedure also applies to departures by TGV from your home.

Example: Taking the TGV from Lille and purchasing the journey Lille > CDG > Rio de Janeiro.

Preferential Rates on Domestic Flights

In partnership with GOL, Brasil Discovery offers preferential rates on domestic flights as well as on transatlantic flights for group departures.

We charge no fees on the purchase of international flights.

Possibility of Departing from a Different Airport Than Your Arrival Airport

It is indeed possible to arrange different arrival and departure cities with us.

Example: Outbound flight PARIS CDG > RIO DE JANEIRO GIG and return departure from Fortaleza.
